SEWERAL IDEAS BUT ONE GOAL

Susann Idervall & José Antonio Martinez Miranda met in 2015. Two engineers with many years of experience from the building sector, property management, real estate development and the field of architecture.

Martinez as a Spanish civil engineer within technical property maintenance since more than 15 years, and Idervall is a real estate developer in Sweden and former owner of an architect office.

Two different cultures, one nordic design addict and one cuban/spanish technical expert. But both with the shared values of what quality means and how clients should be met.
